The Assistant Manager directly supervises the duties of all club staff and coordinates special social and entertainment events, booking bands and entertainment for all tournaments, special events and holidays in accordance with park procedures and guidelines. You will be an ambassador for the caravan park, promoting a welcoming, informative and professional environment and demonstrating the Company’s values at all times.
General Responsibilities/Duties
- Manage the club, ensuring optimum standards of service to members, other guests and users
- Maximise income and profit generation by maintaining sales and controlling costs.
- Effectively manage team members by training and developing the team.
- Formulate and suggest annual plans for the club, identifying programmes of entertainment, promotions and social events.
- Ensure the club closes on time, end of day jobs completed to a high standard, staff are signed off promptly, all back and front of house areas checked and secured
- To develop and maximise opportunities for daytime and evening activities and events
- Maximise bar income, balanced with quality, value and service
- Plan and create an exceptional experience for guests
- Coordinate the set-up of each function
- Recruit and select the employees needed to provide the Partington’s experience
- Constantly seek opportunities to engage membership and guests and follow up on their experience
