We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive with experience in a variety of customer service departments. Must be focused on providing a first-class customer experience and resolving any queries, complications or issues that may arise. An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and a natural affiliation to customer needs being able to relate to customers with an understanding and respectful approach.

It is your job to provide an exceptional experience for all our customers, be able to build a trusting relationship with them and have the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

What we need from you:

  • Control all correspondence including inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers and clients, e.g., queries, requests, orders and complaints.
  • To manage and respond to all web communications including, web chat, emails, and social media messages.
  • Liaise directly with customers to take payments, and deal with cancellations.
  • Collate feedback from customers to continuously improve customer experience
  • Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
  • Advising clients on products and services available
  • Use of booking system to create and amend bookings
  • Deal with customers making initial holiday home ownership enquiries and following up on existing sales enquiries
  • To assist on local park receptions when required.
  • To assist with the manning of marketing activities such as flower shows and other marketing events throughout the year

Skills, experience and qualities you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Full, preferably clean, driving licence.
  • The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY!
