With staycations being all the rage, Partington’s Holiday Parks are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their team at Newton Hall Holiday Park in Staining.
The successful applicant with be driven and confident, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be selling holiday homes and lodges via phone, email and face-to-face. You will be required to proactively contact our customers via outbound calling and email campaigns in accordance with park procedures and guidelines. For someone who is outgoing and driven by targets this is an exciting opportunity!
Duties of the role:
- Making appointments for the selling of holiday homes and lodges to both new and existing customers
- Liaise with the Park Manager regarding queries from owners in order to solve problems in a timely and effective way ensuring that all issues are logged, monitored and resolved to the owner’s satisfaction
- Follow instructions for processes for telephoning, brochure mail-out, email contact, call-back and follow up for new enquiries. Updating of the CRM system for lead-bank
- Complete all sales paperwork promptly and in line with policy and procedure
What we need from you:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience
- Great organisational skills
- Full (preferably) clean, driving licence – DVLA licence checks will be undertaken
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times
