We are seeking an experienced Senior Steward to run our Stanley Bar. This is an great opportunity for the right person to make their mark and really develop relationships with owners and visitors, ensuring that everyone who comes to us has a fabulous experience.
Skills, Experience and Qualities
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in either a bar or pub environment.
- Excellent management style, with experience in developing Team Members.
- Experience in recruitment, filtering and interviewing candidates best suited to the business.
- Management of floats, handling cash and cashing up the tills at the end of each shift
- Cellar/stock management and stock control to maximise revenue and minimise wastage including keeping detailed records.
- Keep up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
- Setting up and arranging the layout for functions.
- A confident and outgoing attitude, keen to develop both themselves and others.
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN, FAMILY & FRIENDLY!
