We are recruiting for a skilled Chef to prepare delicious food for our guests. The successful candidate will have experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Role overview:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Manage food inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and stored properly to maintain quality and limit wastage.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Work alongside management to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Additional training will be provided.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
