We are recruiting for an experienced Club Supervisor to support the Club Manager in ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and quality are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests, to make every day feel like a holiday.
Role: Club Supervisor
Location: Broadwater Club, Broadwater Holiday Park, Fleetwood, FY7 8JX
Hours: Between 20 – 40 hours per week. Must be able work weekends and evenings.
Salary: £13.10 per hour (Sunday to Thursday, £13.53 Fridays and Saturdays)
Shift pattern: To be discussed at interview, shifts available 7 days per week
Role overview
- To take drinks orders, dispense and serve as required.
- Allocate and support front of house staff throughout shifts to maintain speed of service and cleanliness
- Maintaining back of house and cellars to a high standard including cleaning the beer lines weekly
- Shift supervision of daily cash flow, sales, checks and balances
- Detailed checks of deliveries in club managers absence (products dates, volumes, condition) before signing
- To keep uniform standards high ensuring all team members are wearing the correct uniform and are dressed professionally with name badges and staff ID on show at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience within hospitality setting, supervisory experience would be advantageous though training will be provided.
- Flexibility to meet business needs
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Preferably hold a personal licence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
