General Responsibilities/Duties
- To ensure all general HR administration is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
- To provide effective HR administrative support across all locations and Head Office.
- Take minutes in HR related meetings and conduct 1st stage disciplinary & grievance hearings.
- Assist in recruitment, including advertising and contacting candidates
- Manage the dispatch and recording of employee references
- Audit HR files for missing documentation and chase up missing paperwork
- Issue and track team member badges
- Administer the Company’s engagement initiative (Fun at Partingtons).
- Manage Driving licence records and DVLA checks
- Ensure the issue of new starter communication and monitor return for retention
- Undertake companywide HR bulk communications/mail merge.
- Ensure new starters are introduced to the Health and Safety provision.
- Ensure records are maintained to support the Group’s legal compliance with health and safety legislation.
