Why should I choose a
Partington’s Holiday Park?

Partington’s are celebrating their 80th anniversary this year, so we know a thing or two about the caravan industry!

Our love for caravans is as strong now as it ever has been, so it’s safe to say you’re in good hands. We have 6 Holiday Parks, so we really do have something for everyone. We are a family run and managed company, and our aim is to provide great value holidays to our customers time and time again.

How many years can I keep my Holiday Home?

For owners with caravans, we are happy to offer no caravan age limits for our owners. After the caravan’s 18th birthday, it needs to pass an annual chassis, gas and electric test. So long as it’s running safely, we would love for an owner’s caravan to stay on our Parks.

Any customers who own a lodge, will have a license agreement in place, which does hold an age limit and can be discussed with our sales representative.

What's included in my site fees?

Owning your own Holiday Home at a Partington’s Park, gives you the opportunity to enjoy fantastic holidays. Partington’s site fees are inclusive of rates and water, meaning your only bills would be your gas bottles, insurance, and your electricity bill.

Your site fees also include 12 annual passes for your friends and family to enjoy the Park and the facilities that it has to offer.

Can I permanently live in my Holiday Home?

Our holiday parks are not residential. All owners must provide proof of primary residence in the UK before purchasing a holiday home on our Parks. Holiday homes are to be enjoyed for getaways and breaks. Owners can stay in their holiday homes for up to 28 days at a time.

Do you offer finance?

We have a finance calculator on our website, to give an indication of how much monthly payments would be across a certain number of years. However, please speak to our sales representative for more information.

What if I want to upgrade my Holiday Home?

If you would like to upgrade, you can view our wide range of new and pre-loved holiday homes that we have for sale, and a price will be offered for your current holiday home. Please enquire with our sales representative if you wish to upgrade and they will do their best to find you a holiday home for you to continue to make memories in.

How is my gas and electric billed?

One gas bottle will last between 147 – 367 hours, so the frequency of new gas bottles will depend on how often you use your holiday home appliances. These can be ordered through our reception team. Owners receive an electric bill twice annually, which is measured via an electric meter and read by our grounds team, so that all meter reads are received on the same day, ready to be billed.

I am interested in purchasing a Holiday Home but what if it's not for me?

Partington’s offer a ‘try before you buy’ scheme. This gives customers the chance to get the owner experience, by holidaying at one of our Parks. If a customer stays with Partington’s on holiday, and decides to purchase a holiday home, we will refund the cost of the holiday with us.

How can I protect my Holiday Home over the Winter months?

During the winter months, the drop in temperature can cause holiday home pipes to freeze, which can result in damage. This is easily avoidable by draining down your holiday home when you leave at the end of the season. We provide this service, or owners can do this themselves.

Additionally, we encourage owners to follow our video, full of handy tips to protect their holiday home, every time they leave their holiday home after a break on our park. We can never guarantee no problems, but there are certainly simple steps you can follow to help prevent them.
