This one year programme which is operationally focused will be working towards a permanent managerial role at the end of programme. Over the 12 months you will experience all areas of our hospitality operations. We are looking for self motivated and curious individuals who want to learn about the operations of this highly successful business. You must be able to learn and adapt to each department you are based in and conclude each module with a documented report detailing your observations and recommendations.

We are recruiting for a skilled Grounds Person to support the Park Manager and Foreman in providing an outstanding service; creating a well maintained and safe environment for our customers, ensuring the Park grounds, facilities, buildings and equipment are well maintained on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience of working on a holiday park and understand the impact of beautiful surroundings and customer service on our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.
