We are seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to run our newly refurbished bar & dining experience on Tarn House Holiday Park, just a mile out of Skipton. This is an exciting & varied role for the right person. Our style is casual dining, with superb service. Attention to detail is an absolute must. The successful applicant will also assist in the management of themed nights and specific events, ensuring that everyone who comes to Tarn House has a fabulous experience.
Skills, Experience and Qualities
- 2 years of management experience in either a bar, pub or restaurant environment.
- Excellent management style, with experience in creating rota’s and conducting relevant training to develop Team Members.
- Experience in recruitment, filtering and interviewing candidates best suited to the business.
- Experience in managing events.
- A confident and outgoing attitude, keen to develop both themselves and others.
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN, FAMILY & FRIENDLY!
