We are recruiting for an experienced club security person to ensure the safety of both staff and customers in accordance with legal and park-level compliance parameters. Role: Club Security
Location: Newton Hall Country Club, Newton Hall Holiday Park, Staining, FY3 0AX
Hours: 11 – 25 hours per week. Must be able work weekends and evenings.
Salary: £14.56 per hour
Shift pattern: Up to 7 days per week in high season, shifts are between 7pm and 12.30am (latest)
Role overview
- To check all Club membership cards on guest arrival looking out for information such as expiry date, age, caravan pitch numbers.
- To write informative and detailed reports for management on any incidents that may occur.
- To perform standard SIA checks on guests for alcohol, drugs and weapons if needed.
- To gain knowledge of specific locations on the holiday park to pass onto local authorities and emergency services if required.
- To work on own initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- To ensure that high pressure situations are dealt with in a calm and professional manner at all times, focusing on staff and customer safety at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar security role within the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Able to produce valid SIA certification
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
