The successful Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of daily operations across the Holiday Park. These responsibilities include caravan sales, grounds maintenance & development, all food & beverage and entertainment facilities, holiday home hire and holiday home ownership. Overseeing all team members and managing the performance and needs of the senior management team on a daily basis, providing an excellent customer service to all of our guests, selling a mix of luxury caravans and lodges to both existing and new customers and much more.
This role reports directly to the Joint CEOs of Partington’s Holiday Parks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in a managerial position with a flair for sales and leadership looking to take their next step into a role that is both incredibly rewarding and challenging. You will need to be financially astute with an ability to oversee the profitability of all departments.

- Experience of working in a demanding, fast paced environment.
- Sales experience is essential.
- Extensive experience of leading a team.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- A confident and effective communicator.
- Able to remain cool and calm under pressure.
- Financial acumen
- Great organizational skills, able to manage both your own workload effectively and oversee that of your senior team.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to both Microsoft and bespoke software packages.
- Full, preferably clean, driving licence.
