We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper with ensuring the highest standards of cleaning are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests, to make every day feel like a holiday.

Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Newton Hall Holiday Park, Staining, FY3 0AX

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £12.69 per hour (enhanced rate of £13.11 on Mondays and Fridays)

Shift pattern: Wednesdays and Saturdays off, half day on Sundays (9am – 12pm). All others shifts are 8am until 4pm / 5pm.

Role overview

  • Undertake the cleaning of areas within the caravans, changing bed linen, vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning of the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas.
  • Allocate bedding, travel, ironing and towel pack
  • Assist with rota management
  • Quality Checks
  • Deep cleans
  • Dressing of sales vans
  • Undertake the cleaning of general / public areas as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of housekeeping; supervisor experience would be advantageous though training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Able to produce valid driving licence
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
