We are recruiting for a team member who has experience of working within a bar / entertainment environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.
Role: Team member (hub)
Location: Walterz Entertainment Centre
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, (part time seasonal)
Salary: £12.24 per hour
Shift pattern: Likely Friday (5pm – 11pm, Saturday and Sundays (10am – 11pm).
Role overview
- Dispense and serve drinks and food as required.
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the Hub areas at all times.
- Dealing with online bookings and assisting customers in the setting up of games in the Hub (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke etc.)

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar establishment (training will be provided)
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
